Eudora takes most of the firm’s Chapter 7 cases and answers the first-call line herself on Tuesday evenings.

Eudora started the firm after watching people lose a year to the wrong decision, usually because nobody told them the price or the options until they were already in. She tells both, out loud, in the first half hour.

Her clients mention two things most: that she laid their papers out and read them aloud, and that she says plainly when filing isn’t the answer.
